The Tent Spaceat the Botanical Center
For larger receptions and for those looking for an outdoor wedding we encourage the use of our tent space. In combination with the use of the Botanical Center you are sure to provide a one of a kind experience. Imagine dining under a tent with views of our outdoor garden displays including our Perennial Garden, Pine & Hosta Dell, Wooded Hillside Garden, Overlook Terrace and the gorgeous Rose Maze. The permanent cobblestone tent pad and restrooms make tent weddings a delightful experience.
The Rental of the Roger Williams Park Botanical Center or Outdoor Event Space is rented on a five-hour basis. In addition caterers will receive two hours for set-up and one hour for breakdown. An additional hour may be secured at a rate of $550 per hour with a maximum of six hours. Chairs and tables are not included in the rental fee. Your licensed and insured caterer or vendor must provide all rentals.
